Memon’s AC Coil Cleaning Process
Accessing the Indoor Unit
We inspect for existing ceiling access panels. If no panel is available, we carefully cut and professionally restore the ceiling post-service.
Dismantling for Access
Depending on the AC model, we remove the bottom tray and air blower to reach the coil.
Coil Cleaning
Using a German-engineered pressure cleaning system, we safely remove debris without damaging delicate aluminum fins. Where required, we apply a non-corrosive chemical treatment. The fan unit is also cleaned to eliminate sticky dust buildup.
Drain Line Flushing
We thoroughly flush the drain tray and lines to remove accumulated sludge and blockages.
Reassembly and Performance Testing
The blower and tray are reinstalled. We conduct a full operational test to ensure restored cooling efficiency.
Ceiling Restoration
Any modifications to gypsum ceilings are expertly repaired and repainted to original condition.
